Hi, I’m Tracy, and I’m so glad you’re here. If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply in need of someone to truly listen, please know—you are not alone.

As a person-centred psychotherapist, I offer a warm, compassionate space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings freely, without fear of judgment. I believe that deep down, you already hold the strength and wisdom to navigate life’s challenges. My role is to be alongside you, offering empathy, understanding, and gentle curiosity as you reconnect with your true self.

I work with people experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, abuse, identity concerns, relationship difficulties, and the personal or social impacts of neurodiversity, sexuality, gender, ethnicity, or religious belief.

Therapy isn’t about “fixing” you—because you are not broken. It’s about creating a space where you feel truly seen, heard, and valued. If you’re ready to take that first step, I’d love to meet you.

I offer a free 20-minute remote session to explore what brings you to therapy, discuss what I can offer, and—most importantly—see if we can build a safe and nurturing therapeutic relationship. There is no commitment to ongoing therapy at this stage; this session simply provides an opportunity to see if we are the right fit for one another.
